The production zone of the Denomination of Origin La Mancha, extends through the provinces of Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca and Toledo.

La Mancha constitutes the largest vineyard in the world.

The climate of the area is very uniform, with variable rainfall which revolve around the 300-400 mm of rainfall per year. The chalky soil is also very uniform.
